Hidden Agenda

We were eating breakfast, when my son said to me, "Mommy, you're the best!"

I said to my son, "Aaaw. Thanks. You're the best, too!"

"Can you please give me a glass of water to drink?" he asked.


My son gave me a compliment first, then asked for a favor (lol).
